Orange County Waste & Recycling (OCWR) is the county agency responsible for the operation and management of the three county landfills. During our three years of designing and delivering annual reports for the agency we were amazed at the level of technology and ingenuity used to keep the landfills operating efficiently while implementing programs focused on environmental sensitivity. The 2014 annual report revolved around the commitments they made to the community such as providing stable rates, efficient operations, noise, odor abatement, and protecting the environment.
