Orange County Waste & Recycling (OCWR) is the county agency responsible for the operation and management of the three county landfills. The 2015 annual report centered around the agency’s forward thinking and their commitment to the projected waste and recycling needs of the county. The report touched on future capacity, renewable technology, connecting with children, and environmental stewardship. We balanced infographics with key metrics with photography from all three landfills.
