2012 OCTA Annual Report
During 2012, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) led the way for change by focusing on reducing traffic congestion on our freeways, improving Orange County’s network of more than 7,300 miles of local streets and roads, providing bus and rail transportation to a growing number of customers, and initiating an environmental program to mitigate freeway construction impacts and improve water quality. It was also the 40th anniversary of bus service. We worked with OCTA in theme development, original photography and design of their annual to tell the story of Leading Change.
